We're hiring: Marketing Lead (Part-time, Hybrid — Melbourne) We're a small team running Bennett And Family from Melbourne. We design and curate clothing for women who know what they want — and we're at the point where we need someone to help us reach more of them.  What you'd be doing You'd own our marketing — from paid ads to email flows to the way we show up on social. Specifically: — Running and optimising our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns — Writing email flows that sound like us, not like a marketing template — Planning and posting on Instagram and Facebook — Tracking what's working and what isn't, and adjusting the spend — Working closely with Sarah on brand direction You won't be alone — we work with a small team of freelancers for design, photography, and copy when we need it. ─────────────────────────────────

 What we're looking for — 2+ years running paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, ideally for fashion or e-commerce) — A strong sense of how to write — you don't have to be a copywriter, but you have to know good copy when you see it — Comfortable with the numbers — ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV. You don't have to love spreadsheets, but you have to read them — Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify (or willing to learn fast) — You can work independently and bring ideas to the table — we don't want to manage you, we want to work with you ─────────────────────────────────
